All orders are considered final once payment has been confirmed. Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product due to an error on our side, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and its condition. Each case will be reviewed individually, and the appropriate action will be taken accordingly.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
• The product has been opened or used
• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the scent or personal preference
• Requests submitted after the specified time period
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions of the store.
